My name is Bill Brennan. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addiction Professional. I have been using Dr. Tollefson's Rapid Reduction Technique since 1999. It is one of the most effective clinical interventions that I have ever used. It can be used for trauma or any type of painful experience, including grief. It is a brief procedure that can be compatible with any theoretical orientation. In as little as 10 minutes, in the middle of a session, I have seen clients relieved of emotional pain that years of talk therapy couldn't resolve.
In the last nine years, I have heard clients report that as a result of Rapid Reduction, they have felt "empowered, rescued, relieved of fear, at peace, more confident, like a light becoming brighter, more whole".
